The Honorable Minister of Education (HME), Mallam Adamu, hereby invites interested and qualified Nigerians to participate in the Federal Government Scholarship Award 2024/2025

Nomination Computer Based Test (CBT) for:

NIGERIA AWARD SCHOLARSHIP (NA) 2024/2025

TENABLE IN NIGERIA PUBLIC TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

• Applicants for Postgraduate studies should possess a minimum of the first degree with Second Class Honours Division.  Applicant must be a registered Full-Time student of Federal or State Universities.
• All other applicants (UG, HND & NCE) must be registered full-time students in their second year or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnic, and Colleges of Education.  All undergraduate Scholarship applicants (Physically challenged inclusive) must have at least 4.0 Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) on a five (5) point scale or its equivalents or 5.0 on a 7-point scale.
• In addition, all NCE and HND applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The scholarship is valid in Nigeria and will begin at the start of the academic year.
• It cannot be held concurrently with another Award, nor can it be used for part-time studies.
• Changing courses or institutions while receiving the award is not permitted.

3. Education
4. Agriculture
5. Liberal Arts/Social/Management Sciences
6. Entrepreneurial Studies,
7. ICT
8. Environmental Sciences
9. Law

METHOD OF APPLICATION

All qualified candidates are advised to:

• On the home page of the Federal Ministry of Education’s website, www.education.gov.ng, click on the Federal Scholarship Board ICON:
• After reading the guidelines, fill out the online application form.
• The Examination Slip should be printed.
• Double entries will result in disqualification.
